I don't know how to begin to share what Aunt Lee meant to me. Since I was a small child, she would babysit me, pray for me and she was always concerned about what was happening in my life. As a young teenager, I went on vacations with her and Uncle Jeff. After I got married and we started to raise our family, she loved them just as she loved me.
She was always concerned about the needs of others. Just about every time I went to see her, she was pushing her ice cream!!! Of course, I didn't mind. I'm an ice cream lover, as she was.
A couple funny things we always shared together--she could never say "Massachusetts". I would always ask her to say the word and she always messed it up--and we would laugh!! And I would always ask her how old she was--she always had a different answer!! She always seemed to be amazed that she was as old as she was.
Aunt Lee was a loving, giving, positive example in my life! I will miss her so much and but know I will see her again!
