John was a great teacher I knew since I was one of his students 1973. I recall when he became Mayor also. He will be much missed. Blessings to him and all who knew him.

Carol Ann Shafer. Mr. Salamone was my History Teacher in 11th and 12th Grade. He was a wonderful teacher and person. He cared about students and others. He helped me with my history. I am so grateful and thankful to have had him and to know him. I graduated in 1972. Thank you Mr. Salamone. I kept in touch with him for a while after high school and met his wife when he got married. My prayers and thoughts go out to his wife and family. So sorry for your loss. Rest in peace.

Mr. Salamone was smooth. I never saw him without the suit, the rings, a beautiful watch and of course, a cup of coffee. As smooth as he was, somehow he managed to be a better teacher than dresser. He taught me some of the most valuable lessons about this country and how the government truly works. I will forever be grateful for the knowledge he imparted. R.I.P. Mr. Salamone.

Oh Mr. Salamone! Your government class was the class to take! You were the best of the best! There is no teacher out there that was comparable to you! The amount of fun that was had while still learning was your thing! You always had your coffee to keep you going. Oh the memories! My deepest and most sincere condolences to his friends and family! This world just lost an amazing man/teacher.

John Salamone was one of the most, all time beloved teachers during my HS years at SFSH! His dedication and service as Mayor of Royersford was unprecedented with his extensive knowledge and love for the town and its constituents! I have been the more blessed to know and work with Marybeth, and even more blessed when our daughters became friends during their years at Spring Ford! My most sincere and deepest sympathies to the entire Salamone family, friends, and loved ones! May you be strengthened in the days ahead as you share some laughter, through broken hearts and many tear of your fond, loving and crazy times together!
With Sincere Condolences, Rick and Sylvia Ehling
