Kathryn (Gebhard) Ziegler, age 51, beloved wife of Richard L. Ziegler of Spring City, died suddenly on Tuesday at her home. She was born in Pottstown a daughter of the late Warren and Minnie (Hohl) Gebhard. Mrs. Ziegler resided most of her life in Spring City, she was a homemaker and was employed for 15 years at the former Valley forge Flag Company, and she also cleaned homes. Mrs. Ziegler was an avid collector of figurine horses and she enjoyed fishing. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons: Richard L. Ziegler Jr. of Perkiomenville and Rudy Ziegler of Alabama and a grandson: Preston Ziegler, she is preceded in death by a brother: Donald Gebhard. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service in Monday April 19, 2010 at 11am at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home Bridge and Church streets Spring City; The Rev. John Shantz will officiate. Burial to follow in the Limerick Garden of Memories. Her viewing will be held Monday morning in the funeral home from 9:30-11am.
