Dearest Amanda and Aaron,
I cannot imagine the depth of the grief you must be experiencing. Losing a precious child is not supposed to happen. I know that Dylan's battle has touched so many people and has inspired others who are fighting similar fights. Take solace in knowing that this is his gift to all of them.

I am very sorry for your loss. I did not have the pleasure of knowing Dylan, but I know the pain of your loss. We lost my 11 year old stepson Tyler on February 25 of this year to brain cancer. I will keep your family in my prayers. Believe that he is still with you. Tyler gives me signs that he is still with us. I'm sure Dylan and Tyler will find each other in Heaven. Dylan is the same age as Tyler's youngest twin brothers. He will be a wonderful big brother for Dylan.

I had the privilege of coaching Dylan last season at Coventry flag football along with his father Aaron. I will always remember him as a talented, handsome, playful, and sweet boy.
