Angeline "Angie"(Deoria) Spitz, died on Easter Sunday at home. She was the beloved wife of Daniel “Danny” Spitz with whom she shared 55 years of marriage. She was born in Phoenixville to the late Thomas Deoria and Annette (Freese) Deoria. Angie was a graduate of Bishop Kendrick High School and Bryant Beauty School. An avid homemaker, she loved cooking and gardening, and she was an election official; but most of all she loved her grand children and watching them play sports. She loved the beach, and Ocean City, Maryland was her happy place. You could find Angie along with her husband Dan on the beach surrounded by their friends. When not on the beach, she worked for the condo association doing gardening. In addition to her husband and mother Angie is survived by her two children, Kimberly Grill, wife of William, and Joseph Spitz, husband of Brenda; and her sister, Mary Rose Kraft wife of the late James "Jim" Kraft In addition, she is survived by her 5 grandchildren, Courtney Spitz, Thomas Spitz, Matthew Grill, Christopher Grill, and David Grill; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her father, Thomas Deoria and her brother, James “Jimmy” Deoria husband of Donna Deoria. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Saturday, April 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 212 Dayton St., Phoenixville, PA. Visitation will be held at the church from 9 to 11 AM.
