David L Coursey, 79, Gilbertsville David L. Coursey, Sr, age 79, husband of Joan (McNasby) Coursey of Royersford PA died on Saturday in The Gluco Lodge Assisted Living Center in Stroudsburg, PA. Born in Springfield MO, David was the son of the late Frank and Maude(Peak) Coursey. David resided most of his life in Royersford. He was employed for many years as a Lab Technician and Supervisor for Unisys in Blue Bell until his retirement. He later worked for the Vanguard Investmen tGroup as a security officer for ten years. He was a member of the Friendship Hook and Ladder Fire Company of Royersford. In additon to his wife of 58 years he is survived by sons: David Jr. husband of Jackie of Brodheadsville, PA, William Husband of Cecelia of Gilbertsville, PA and Chris husband of Heather of Santa Cruz, CA; And Eight grandchildren and Two Great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Wednesday 7/1/15 at 11:00am at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge St. Spring City PA.
