Arlene (Wanner) Gumpert, 86, wife of the late of Richard Alvin Gumpert, died Monday at her home, Spring City. She was born in Norristown a daughter to the late Russell and the late Emma (Miller) Wanner. Arlene resided most of her life in Spring City and was a member of the Royersford Church of the Nazarene. She was a homemaker and enjoyed being with her family. She is survived by daughters: Marilyn Richardson of Beverly, MA and Joy Wurth of Endicott, NY and a son: Mark Gumpert of Spring City. Also survived by twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren. And a brother: Dale Wanner of Virginia. She is predeceased by sister: Lorraine Snell and Brother: Robert Wanner, and a granddaughter: Kathryn Wurth. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 2:00 pm Wednesday in the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Streets, Spring City. With the Rev. Kim Richardson officiating. Burial to follow in the Vincent Mennonite Cemetery, Spring City. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Wednesday in the funeral home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA.
