Kevin J Gillam, 44, Pottstown Kevin J. "Cowboy" Gillam, age 44, passed away early Saturday morning June 21, 2014. Kevin was born in West Chester to the late Ronald Gillam and to Marilyn (Barber) Williamson wife of Arthur of Pottstown. Kevin was a 1988 graduate of Spring Ford High School where he played football and basketball. He attended Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology. In addition to his mother and step father Kevin is survived by a son: Michael James and Sisters: Tracy wife of Steve Vanderslice of Douglassville and Tina wife of John Costello of Upper Pottsgrove and Brothers: Jim wife of Jody Gillam of Sanatoga and Michael husband of Theresa Gillam of West Chester. And also survived by Donna Law, Ron and Ed Gillam. And several nieces and nephews. Pre deceased by a brother: Rick Gillam. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm Wednesday in Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Streets, Spring City. Visitation will be from 5:00PM to 7:30PM Wednesday in the funeral home, 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA. Burial will be in Private.
