Obituary of Patricia A. Custer

Patricia Ann Custer, 81, of Spring City, PA died at Barclay Friends in West Chester on October 12, 2023. She was born in Phoenixville in 1941 to Frederick Royden and Sarah Lillian Custer. Patricia graduated from Spring-Ford High School and lived her entire life in Spring City. Patricia was a lifelong member of the Spring City United Methodist Church until it closed.  She currently was a member of  First United Church of Christ of Spring City.  Confident and trustworthy, Patricia worked at Continental Bank in the loan department from 1959 until her retirement.  She enjoyed spending time with her family and working in her yard.

Patricia was preceded in death by both parents and is survived by her sisters, Joyce Schell of Gilbertsville and Cheryl Mysliwy of Lake Placid, FL.

A private family graveside service will be held at St. John's (Gibraltar) Church Cemetery in Birdsboro, PA on October 19, 2023 at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be sent to Spring City Public Library in her memory.  In the last years of her life, Pat spent many hours researching her family history.  She wanted the growing family to know their origin.
