Obituary of Stanley J Pisarek, Jr.
Stanley "Stosh" J Pisarek, Jr., 75, Lower Pottsgrove
Stanley Pisarek, Jr., 75, affectionately known as Stosh, passed Sunday March 5, 2023 at home.
One of two children, Stosh was born November 23, 1947 in Pottstown to the late Stanley and the late Helen (Baczor) Pisarek. Stosh spent his entire life in the Pottstown area. He was drafted into the Air Force and served our country as a Physician’s Assistant in the Vietnam War. After the war, he continued to use these talents to help others and worked in the medical field as a Physician’s Assistant locally.
Quirky and a bit eccentric, Stosh was loved by many. He was a devoted son who took care of his parents until their deaths. He moved into the Buchert Ridge community where he enjoyed the active neighbors he met there. The Brookside Restaurant will not be the same, as he would frequently eat his meals and have conversation with the attentive staff.
Stosh leaves behind his niece Lisa Bowman (Randy) and nephew Craig Bowman. Friends, Christopher and Beth Haring, Dot and George McCoolis, and Rose Ann and Bill Soltes although not actually related by blood, are among the many friends from the Community who loved Stosh, and helped care for him. They will miss him greatly.
