We always has a good time when Adam and Daniel were riding with us on Angel 1 fire truck. But one night during the Christmas season we were out on the truck cruising The Strip. Rick was driving, I was in the Captains seat, Adam, Daniel and Cooper were in the back, which on Angel 1 is open. We caught a red light. Adam got off to take some pictures. I know I saw him get back on! The light turned green and we took off. All of the sudden Daniel yells "Adams not on the truck!" Rick and I both "What do you mean he's not on the truck?!"
There he was standing in the middle of the road in full turn out gear with boots on, no way he could run in those. Strip traffic was heavy and we couldn't stop. Some Uber driver pulled up and told him to get in and she followed us down the Strip until we could pull over safely and Adam could jump on. We still laugh and joke about that incident.
Daniel you will be missed by many include those of us at Angel Fire Department.
We love you.
