Edna M. (Edleman) Pollock, age 78 wife of the late Joseph J. Pollock of Royersford died on Wednesday in her home. Born in Royersford she was the daughter to the late Clarence and Edna (Hunsicker) Pollock. Edna resided most of her life in Royersford, she was a graduate of the former Royersford High School. Employed for over 15 years as the cafeteria manager at the Sacred Heart Elementary School in Royersford and also employed as a clerk for over twenty five years at the former Allen's Variety Store in Royersford until her retirement. She was a former member of Sacred Heart R. C. Church and also the Sacred Heart Women's Group. Edna was a member of St. Joseph Church in Spring City. Edna's passion in life was spending time with and enjoying her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed watching little league baseball. She is survived by daughter: Karen with whom she resided wife of Thomas Buckwalter of Glenmoore, a son: Joseph J. Pollock Jr. Husband of Jill of Pottstown. And her loving grandchildren: Andrew Buckwalter, Petty Officer second class Aaron Buckwalter, Joseph J. Pollock III and wife Rachael, and Jason Pollock and wife Hope. Great grandchildren: Joseph J. Pollock IV, Tegan Rylee, and Bailey Paige. Brothers: Ronald Edleman husband of Caroline, Robert Edlemen husband of Maryann and Hank Edleman. Predeceased by brothers: Clarence Edleman, Paul Edleman. And sisters: Mary Perna and Dorothy Sherer. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass on Saturday at 11:00am at the St. Joseph Church 3460 Schuylkill Road Spring City PA. The Reverend Charles O'Hara will officiate. Burial will be private in the Holy Trinity Cemetery. Her viewing will be held Saturday morning in church from 9am to 10:30 am.
