William F. Sell, Sr. age 80, husband of Gladys (Littlefield) Sell of Spring City, died on Thursday March 31, 2011 in the Phoenixville Hospital. He was born in Royersford a son to the late Fred and Irene (Stengel) Sell. He resided most of his life in Royersford anbd Spring City, he was a 1948 graduate of the former Royersford High School and he was employed for twenty five years as a Meat Cutter for the former Roberts Meat Packing Co. in Kimberton. He was also employed as a custodian for the Ursinus College for many years until his retirement. Mr. Sell was a memeber of the East Vincent United Church of Christ and also the American Italian Bocce Club in Royersford. He enjoyed hunting and was an avid gardener and also enjoyed playing cards. He is survived by two sons: William F. Sell Jr. husband of Barbara of Pottstown and Brtooke E. Sell husband of Susan of Royersford. And two grandaugters: Ashleigh and Courtney Sell. A sister: Margie Hartenstine of Spring City and prdeceased by a sister; Pat Miller Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service on Tuesday aPRIL 5, 20011 AT 1:30AM at the Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Bridge and Church Streets Spring City PA. The Rev. Kate Davidheiser will officiate. Burial will be private in teh Zion Lutheran Cemetery. Visiation will be held from 10-11:30am Tuesday morning in the funeral home.
