We have long been wondering what has happened to our friend Bill.. My son Kyle and I knew Bill from the Pottstown YMCA. He had a very positive affect on quite a few of the young guys who worked and/or worked out at the "Y". He was well liked and always went out of his way to say something nice. He has been and will be dearly missed.
On behalf of the Goggin family please accept our sincere condolences. I was a small kid when Bill used to visit in the 1970's, and I thought he was larger than life. Bill was always kind and fun and very sincere. And who can forget his GTO?
Rest in Peace Brother Bill. As kids it was always you and me against Joe and Bob. It’s hard to believe we lost you and Pauline this month. We will all be along soon enough. You were loved and the stories you left behind will be about the good times and the party years. God Bless you my Brother! Love, Mick and Penny.
