John J. Doyle, 55, E. Coventry John J. Doyle, 55, the loving husband to Valerie (Williams) died unexpectantly Sunday, August 5, 2018 in Phoenixville Hospital. He was born in New York to the late Patrick and Margaret (Murphy) Doyle. John is a graduate of the Tappan Zee High School in Rockland County New York. He received his undergraduate degree from New York College and continued on to get his master's at Penn State. Most of his career was spent working as a consultant in project management. One of John's passions is the Department of Parks and Recreation in East Coventry Township. He loved his community and was the organizer and founder of "Rock the Wall 10K and 5K to specifically raise money for the Parks system of East Coventry Township. John also enjoyed his Philly sports teams. John leaves behind his wife Valerie (Williams) of 19 years, his devoted daughter, Chloe J. Doyle, two brothers: Brian and Robert Doyle and sister: Patricia Doyle, several nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held at Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral home 135 Bridge Street, Spring City, PA 19475, Saturday, August 18, 2018 at 11:30 AM. Visitation for family and friends will be prior to the service from 9 until 11:30 AM. All arrangements are being handled by Shalkop, Grace & Strunk Funeral home.
