James Hontz, 66, Spring City
James Hontz, 66, died Friday, September 8, at home.
He was born in Aberdeen, Maryland to the late William and the late Betty (Hill) Hontz.
He worked as a Window Installer for Pella Windows and budget maintenance.
A graduate of Spring Ford High School, James was a proud, U. S. Marine. He also was an avid sports fan, playing in softball leagues and playing golf.
He is survived by his brothers, Pat Hontz and Timothy Hontz, and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by a brother, William Charles "Billy.
Friends are invited to attend his memorial service at The Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge St. Spring City, PA 19475 on Friday, September 15 at 6:00 PM. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 to 6:00 PM.
