Kathleen K. Miller, 54, Phoenixville Kathleen K. Miller, 54 of Phoenixville, PA, passed away on July 31,2017 at The Phoenixville Hospital. She was born in Somers Point, NJ, and raised in Ocean City, NJ. She attended St. Augustine Parochial School and graduated in 1980 from Ocean City High School. She received her RN degree from Stockton University and worked as an Emergency Room nurse at Shore Memorial Hospital, Somers Point NJ, and Ocean County Correction Facility, Tom River, NJ; eventually settling in Phoenixville, PA, working as an RN to Dr. Mark Brown, Phoenixville Medical Associates for 15 years. Kathy was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and faithfully attended the annual Philadelphia Folk Festival. She was an avid animal lover, loved all kinds of music, and being in the outdoors. Her favorite holiday was Halloween. For over 20 years she was the loving wife of Jesse Miller. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Dorothy M. Keele, brother William Keele, Sister, Darlene Keele, first cousins, Joseph LaSala, Patricia Zorovich, and Aunt Patsy LaSala. She was preceded in death by her Father, Otto Keele, maternal grandparents, William and Maria Woods, and Uncle Nick LaSala. Family and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at The Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, 135 Bridge St., Spring City, PA, on Saturday, August 5, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, 39 Bonnie Brae Rd. Spring City, PA 19475.
