Stephen "Hooch" W. Speckhart, 55, Oaks

Stephen Speckhart, 55,  passed away late Friday night, June 26, 2020 in the Towne Manor East.

He was born May 23, 1965 in Phoenixville to Stephen  and the late Pamela (Leach) Speckhart. The oldest of three boys, Stephen was always full of life. He enjoyed being outside and after graduating from Spring Ford High School, he found a job working in the Masonry and Paving industry.  Affectionately known as “Hooch”, Stephen enjoyed the solitude of fishing and hunting and would like to throw a good game of horseshoes with his family.  Hooch enjoyed visits with his family

Stephen leaves behind his father, Stephen W. Speckhart, Jr., an adoring daughter:  Brigette Speckhart, two brothers:  Andrew Speckhart (wife, Jeannie) of Skippack and Adam Speckhart of Birdsboro and two Granddaughters:  Jaylynn and Serenity.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Pamela (Leach) Speckhart.

A memorial service will be held at the R. Strunk Funeral Home, 400 Main Street at 7:00 PM, Thursday,  July 9 , 2020.  Friends are invited to visit with the family  from 5:00 – 7:00 PM prior to the service.
