Obituary of Deborah L. Diehl

Deborah Diehl, wife of William Diehl, passed away Thursday February 06, 2020 at home.

 

She was born January 27 1960 to Carl Albert Witzel and  Patricia Lee (Brady) Witzel in Phoenixville and lived most of her life in Linfield and Spring City.  Deborah was a 1977 graduate of Spring Ford High School, and was employed as an assistant cafeteria manager at Royersford Elementary School .  She was active in the Girl Scouts, enjoyed gardening, crafts, baking, and sewing, but her family was one of the most important aspects of her life.

 

She is survived by William, her husband of 39 years, her father, Carl, her two children, Jeffrey Diehl (Shanna), and Kimberly Evans (Kyle); one grandchild, Jillian Rose Diehl; her four brothers, Carl, Randy, Barry, and Mark; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her mother Patricia.

 

Friends and family are invited to her graveside funeral service on Wednesday, February 12, at 10:30 AM at Highland Memorial Park, Pottstown.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 11, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Shalkop Grace & Strunk Funeral Home, Spring City.
